PRODUCT WE USE

Our Guarantee is very simple…

All the products and materials we use in pipe relining come from RSM LINING SUPPLIES, which is among the largest Pipe Relining Supply companies in the world. This critically acclaimed manufacturer is based in the USA, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We trust RSM because they are not just material producers, but also industry experts who continue to develop the technology to produce better and more useful resins and liners. Because of their dedication for excellence, they only source the best materials and substances across the world.

RSM supply Pipereliningeasternsuburbs.com.au with a wide variety of products that work well under different situations and applications. Because customers have varying requirements and expectations in the Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) industry, we try our best to satisfy those expectations. In our company, we never use just a single strategy for every client we have. That is simply unacceptable.

We believe that each pipe relining project is unique in itself, and will need data gathering equipment in order for us to know the nature of the damage, as well as its extent. That is why we also perform a CCTV pipe inspection even before we plan on fixing or relining the type. Why? Even with decades of experience, no one can be completely certain that an underground pipe has a specific problem without looking into it – with his own eyes. After our inspection, that is when we can decide what type of fibreglass and resin should we use.

RSM LINING SUPPLIES PRODUCTS ARE SOURCED FROM EUROPE AND THE USA.

Liner and fibreglass comes from the best and largest manufacturers in the world based in either Germany, The UK or USA.

Resin comes from the most highly regarded suppliers in Germany, France & The UK.

Some of these brands have been around since the 70’s, so you can rest assured that the products are tested and proven. Which is what allows us to confidently offer a life time guarantee.

WHY ARE SOME RESIN BRANDS DIFFERENT COLOURS?

Some people are getting confused when it comes to resin colours because they believe the lies coming from some companies. I urge you to do your own research and not just believe what one company has to say regarding resin colours, pipe materials, or anything related to pipe relining. That is because there are companies that will do anything just so they can get the job.

Resins do come in different colours, but these colours are not related to any function or use, neither do they tell where the resin was manufactured. Colours are solely used for branding as preferred by the manufacturer. There is no need to know where a particular resin material came from because 99.9 percent of all pipe relining resins come from Europe, mainly from France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.

Common resin colours are Blue, Orange, Red, Green, White, Black & Yellow just to name a few. Again these colours are only the preference of their respective brands.

It is also important to know that there are several types of resins in the CIPP industry. RSM Lining Supplies offers several types of resin, each one having its own qualities and uses:

  • Polyester – As the most commonly used resin, it offers great flexibility in working times. In addition, this resin develops mechanical properties after it is cured properly.
  • Epoxy – A styrene-free resin, this material creates a leak tight liner, effectively sealing the pipe. This resin also has different cure times.
  • Vinylester – This is a resin with low viscosity, which can cure under room temperatures. It also creates a strong bond to its base material, and has good fibre impregnability.
  • Eco Hybrid – This is a vinyl hybrid resin that is manufactured using zero styrene, and is non-harmful for the environment.
  • Silicate – It is a resin generally used in short length liners and point repairs as an alternative for polyester resin, which is good for longer liners.

Whenever we’re doing Inversion Pipe Relining, we often use BLUE MAGIC because it creates a leak-proof seal on all types of threaded connections regardless of material. We source this product from RSM as well, though it is manufactured in France by the biggest resin manufacturer in the world.
